Queen Anne's Lace Wildflower Letterpress Card
$ 6.00
A letterpress printed card with an illustration of Queen Anne's lace, with it's delicate clusters of tiny white flowers and lacy leaves. Part of the carrot family, it's roots are edible when the plant is young and the flower head can be battered and lightly fried (it has a slight peppery flavour). This makes a great card for hostess gifts, get well soon messages, and thank you notes.
The flower images were originally created for the letterpress print, A Few Wildflowers, but were so pretty I had to print them as cards too. This is one of a series that includes: Fireweed, Foxglove, Lupine, Oxeye Daisy, Mullein, Queen Anne's Lace, and Red Clover (final photo shows the other wildflower cards).
