Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once packaged you'll receive an email to let you know your order is on the way which will also provide tracking information if available.

Custom notecards are printed specially for you after the order is placed and will take approximately 1-3 weeks to complete and ship. For any other custom orders estimated completion times will be provided along with the quote.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These will depend on your location and the service you select during checkout. We also offer free shipping within the US for orders over $100.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout the same as for domestic orders however please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Green Bird Press is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:

We will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging and condition. If you wish to initiate a return please contact us with your order number to request a return shipping label. Items must be returned within 14 of the return request being made and once received we will refund you the order amount minus all shipping costs.

Returns are not available on custom or personalized orders or sale items.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES:

Once we hand your package to USPS we no longer have control over how long it will take to reach you. If your order is delayed or seems to be missing in transit, please contact USPS for assistance using the tracking number we provided to you.

If your tracking number is marked as delivered but you have not received your package, follow these directions:

  • Check the shipping address on your order.
  • Check with neighbors and anyone else in the household.
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number and let them know that you have not received your package. Ask them to verify the GPS coordinates on the delivery scan. Please note, USPS online or their 1-800 number will not be able to help you with this you must contact your local depot.
  • If your parcel is still missing after the above steps file a claim with USPS.
  • If you believe that your package was stolen, be sure to file a police report.
