At Green Bird Press we love creating letterpress printed cards and we hope you'll enjoy sending them to your friends and loved ones. Our cards are printed one at a time on a small hand operated press into which we feed nice thick card stock and press it into ink covered magnesium plates and handset type to transfer the design to paper. It's not a quick process, especially if a designs calls for multiple colours, but if you wanted quick you'd just send a text message, so we know you'll appreciate the time and effort that went into making these cards. And we're pretty sure that the people you send them to will appreciate the time and effort you took to send them a handwritten note or greeting too!
