PAYMENTS
All orders must be paid by credit card prior to shipment. To pay by ACH or check please reach out for more infomation.

SHIPPING
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx from Bend, Oregon. Standard turn around time is 2-7 days but may increase slightly during busy times. If you need something quickly please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

BACKORDERS
We try to keep products stocked but if anything from your order is currently unavailable we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges, however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect please report it within one week from delivery and we will arrange to send a replacement.

PACKAGING
All Green Bird Press products must be sold in their original packaging. Sets may not be broken up and sold individually.

ONLINE SALES
If you are selling Green Bird Press products online credit must be given. We do not permit our products to be resold on third party marketplaces such as Amazon or Etsy.

PRODUCTS
All letterpress products are printed in our Bend, Oregon studio on vintage presses. Due to this handmade process, slight variations in ink colour, coverage, and registration are expected and we hope you will embrace their unique character. To showcase our work as accurately as possible, the images in this catalog are taken from photographs or scans of the actual products.
