Topographic map print of Black Butte, an extinct stratovolcano just north of Sisters, Oregon, hand pressed on an antique letterpress machine.

Black Butte's cider cone stands 6,436 feet tall in an otherwise fairly flat high desert landscape and as such it's an ideal fire lookout site that's still in use today. The trail up to the top of Black Butte is a little over 4 miles out and back and you pass some great wildflower areas and get amazing views of the Oregon Cascades and even up into Washington on a clear day.
